The head office is strategically located at 2250 Douglas Boulevard, in the heart of Placer Countyâ€™s booming economy. In addition, a full-service branch is now open in Auburn, California.

Community 1st Bank is dedicated to serving the needs of Placer County communities, with credit, deposit and related banking services, offering a wide array of both consumer and commercial loan and deposit products. We serve small and medium-sized businesses, commercial real estate owners, and residents in Roseville, Auburn, and surrounding communities.

Community 1st Bank is owned by over 300 shareholders, the vast majority of which are residents and/or business owners in Placer County. There are eight members on the Board of Directors, representing strong and diversified professional experience in accounting, law, real estate sales and development, property management, commercial banking, commercial mortgage finance and financial planning. The Executive officers are seasoned professional bankers with extensive experience in the market area served.
